one up mushroom bar
Launched in 1994, OneUp! was one of London’s first health food bars. The original product was a simple and nutritious snack bar made from roasted nuts, seeds and fruits. It set out to provide a tasty way to get energy with lots of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants – just like nature intended.

Chocolate bars come in a variety of flavors and textures, but there’s one thing that unites them all: milk chocolate. While milk chocolate has some cachet, we wanted to take a different approach with our One Up mushroom chocolate bar. That’s why we came up with what many have called an innovative way to infuse a milk chocolate bar with real pieces of wild mushrooms. The result is more than delicious—it’s magical!

One-Up MUSHROOM chocolate bars are gluten free, nut free, wheat free and sweetened with organic stevia. We have taken a bite out of everyone’s favorite treats to make sure they taste great while also being good for you. One-Up Mushrooms are dairy free as well as soy and peanut free. The organic coconut adds an extra dose of healthy fats which will keep you feeling full longer!

Have you ever wanted to eat delicious chocolate bars, but didn’t want to wait long enough for them to actually come out of your oven? We have too. Punch Bar lets you get that warm from-the-oven taste without all that pesky waiting. For every punch bar, there are two ways to take it: either bite into it or use a fork and pierce into a regular square like we did below.
